2t Seawater Flake Ice Machine Successfully Completes Trial Run
Recently, the company's 2t seawater flake ice machine completed a full trial run with all performance metrics meeting standards. The successful trial will provide professional ice-making support for marine fisheries, marine refrigeration, and other applications.
Centered on “corrosion resistance,” every seawater-contact component—including the evaporator, ice blade, and water distribution tray—is constructed from SS316 stainless steel. This highly corrosion-resistant material withstands prolonged seawater immersion and salt spray erosion, preventing rust and ensuring long-term stable operation in marine environments.
The unit incorporates a Bitzer deep-oil-sump semi-hermetic piston compressor, specifically adapted for marine applications to deliver core power for ice production. Additionally, the compressor features an electronic protection module with PTC sensors for real-time motor temperature monitoring. This prevents motor overheating and damage caused by fluctuations in seawater cooling, enhancing operational safety and extending equipment lifespan.
