Completion of 3-Ton Seawater Flake Ice Machine to Empower Ecuador’s Aquatic and Marine Industries
Recently, our custom-developed 3-ton seawater flake ice machine has successfully completed production and comprehensive quality inspection. It will soon be shipped to Ecuador and widely applied in local marine fishing and aquatic processing scenarios, providing stable and reliable ice-making equipment support for the development of the local marine and aquatic industries.
Tailored for harsh marine working conditions including high-salt seawater corrosion and hull shaking and tilting, this seawater flake ice machine is equipped with specialized technical upgrades. It perfectly adapts to offshore operating environments and features far better durability and operational stability than conventional ice machines, meeting the demands of long-term continuous marine operation.
The whole machine and all core components in contact with seawater, including evaporators, ice scrapers and water distribution trays, are made of SS316 stainless steel. With excellent corrosion and rust resistance, the equipment can operate stably in seawater environments for a long time, effectively extending service life and greatly reducing subsequent operation and maintenance costs.
Powered by a Bitzer deep sump compressor specially designed for marine conditions, the equipment can operate stably even when the hull tilts up to 30 degrees. The unique deep sump structure ensures continuous lubrication of core components during ship pitching and rolling, preventing component wear and shutdown failures. Equipped with an intelligent temperature control protection system that monitors motor temperature in real time, it effectively avoids motor overheating and guarantees all-weather safe and stable operation.
The successful completion and upcoming delivery of the 3-ton seawater flake ice machine fully demonstrates our mature technology and reliable product quality in the field of marine professional ice-making equipment. In the future, we will continue to focus on the R&D and innovation of ice-making equipment, optimize product performance, and provide high-quality and highly adaptable ice-making equipment solutions for global customers.
