Custom 1-Ton Direct Cooling Block Ice Machine Completed for Haiti
The Haitian customer placed an order with us for a 1-tonne per day direct cooling block ice machine equipped with 10kg ice moulds. The system is configured with 18 moulds, capable of producing ice up to 7 cycles per day to meet stable daily production demand.
The machine adopts aviation-grade aluminium material with higher performance, greater thickness and enhanced structural strength. The partition plate is 12mm thick, and the freezing plate reaches 22mm thick, ensuring the ice moulds will not deform even under long-term continuous operation. The evaporator base is designed with dovetail grooves, which effectively locks in water and improves ice-forming efficiency.
The ice moulds are assembled using a special splicing process without any welding or welded joints, ensuring smooth ice surface and easy, reliable de-icing.
