Dominican Republic Customer's 20t Tube Ice Machine Successfully Shipped
Recently, the custom-built 20t tube ice machine for our Dominican Republic client completed testing and was successfully dispatched. The unit features a German Bitzer compressor and employs an air-cooled design; The evaporator utilises 1.5mm thick annealed SS 304 seamless steel tubing, offering crack resistance, anti-icing properties, and corrosion resistance for pristine ice production. Both the evaporator interior and upper/lower water tanks feature 304 stainless steel cladding to ensure quality.
This tube ice machine incorporates a German Siemens PLC, with a touchscreen control cabinet designed separately from the main control cabinet for flexible placement in convenient operating locations. The equipment achieves fully automated operation via the PLC touchscreen. Upon start-up, it automatically performs water intake, ice production, and ice discharge. Operational and fault information is displayed on the screen, and ice production and discharge times can be independently configured.
