Ivorian Customers Visit for Machine Inspection, 5-ton Flake Ice Machine Highly Applauded
Recently, a group of customers from Côte d'Ivoire conducted an on-site inspection at our factory, testing the operation of a 5-ton flake ice machine. During the trial, the customers carefully observed the machine's operation status. During the factory tour, they also had in-depth exchanges with our technical team regarding the technical parameters and manufacturing processes of the flake ice machine. The customers highly commended our production capabilities and quality control of the flake ice machine, and expressed their intention for long-term cooperation.
Our 5-ton flake ice machine boasts remarkable advantages. The thickness of the ice flakes can be adjusted between 1.8 - 2.2mm; for thicknesses exceeding 2.0mm, a frequency converter can be added for customization. The produced ice flakes are dry, smooth, with extremely low moisture content. They have no sharp edges, ensuring that refrigerated products remain undamaged. The machine can produce ice within just one minute and maintain continuous ice production. It adopts an internal scraping ice-making technology, where the evaporator remains stationary while precisely installed rolling spiral ice blades scrape the ice from the inner wall. This design minimizes operating resistance, reduces wear and tear, generates low noise, and ensures uniform ice production.
