Recently, the 2-ton flake ice machine exclusively customised for a US client has been fully manufactured and is poised for shipment. The core configuration incorporates globally renowned brand components, with the refrigeration system featuring an Invotech compressor. Tailored to US electrical standards, the unit is specifically adapted for 220V voltage and 60Hz frequency, enabling immediate operation without additional modifications.
The transmission system employs Taiwanese Gongji brand gear reducers and motors, delivering robust power output with low operational noise. Furthermore, the critical ice blade assembly incorporates Japanese NSK bearings, offering superior wear resistance to effectively reduce mechanical wear and extend maintenance intervals.
In terms of product performance, the flake ice produced by this 2-tonne machine exhibits distinct advantages of being ‘dry, smooth, and clean’: The ice flakes are dry and smooth, with moisture content significantly below industry averages. This prevents clumping during storage and transport, substantially reducing ice loss. Furthermore, the rounded edges of the flakes, devoid of sharp corners, prevent damage to packaging or perishable goods when handling fresh produce and other refrigerated items.
