The evaporator interior and both upper and lower water tanks are likewise fabricated from 304 stainless steel, meeting food-grade standards. The ice pellets produced are crystal clear, aesthetically pleasing, and resistant to melting. The tube ice is frozen uniformly from top to bottom, featuring a fine and consistent inner diameter with minimal fragmentation, further enhancing pellet quality.
