The automatic flake ice machine adopts the latest vertical inner spiral ice skate evaporator. When making ice, the water inside the ice bucket is evenly distributed to the inner wall of the ice bucket to quickly freeze. After the ice is formed, it is cut by a spiral ice skate. The ice falls, so that the surface of the evaporator is fully utilized, which improves the working efficiency of the ice machine. The borneol is of good quality and is dry and not bonded.

Flake ice has a large surface area [thickness 1.8mm ~2.2 mm], a target object can be cooled down quickly. Particularly, it can be used for solving a target object in water and then rapidly freezing it. Because of a flake shape, the ice would fill the gap and block the surrounding heat when directly covering the target object. For this reason, the ice effectively maintains its freezing temperature. Since a product is instantaneously frozen at -25℃, the freshness of a target object can be preserved in low temperature and also superior to preserve delicate fishes such as saury and sweet fish in cold temperature.
