1-Ton Cube Ice Machine Completed, Customized for Oman Client
Recently, a customized 1-ton commercial cube ice machine for the Oman client has finished overall production and commissioning. Strictly adapted to Oman’s industrial 380V/50Hz power standard and tropical climate conditions, the machine is equipped with a German Bitzer compressor. Featuring strong power and excellent heat dissipation performance, it can operate stably and continuously for a long time under local high-temperature working conditions, fully meeting the client’s on-site production demands.
The whole machine adopts high-standard materials. The frame, base and outer panels are all made of food-grade SUS304 stainless steel, which is clean, hygienic, corrosion-resistant and easy to clean, fully complying with commercial food equipment safety standards. Different from the Q235 painted iron base commonly used by most manufacturers in the industry, it fundamentally avoids rusting, paint peeling and dirt accumulation. Meanwhile, the main body plate thickness is upgraded to 1.5mm-2.0mm, far thicker than the 1.0mm thin plates commonly used by peers. The machine structure is more stable and solid with better vibration resistance and longer service life.
Equipped with a spiral ice storage and conveying system, the machine can store ice equivalent to about two hours of output, supporting temporary ice storage, automatic ice delivery and semi-automatic packaging, which greatly reduces labor and operating costs. The ice storage bin supports personalized customization: the integrated model can be heightened by 30-40cm for capacity expansion, the maximum heightening standard for export models. A split-type ice storage bin is also available to increase total ice storage capacity. For sites with narrow factory doorways and limited access, a front-and-rear split structure separating the ice-making and refrigeration parts can be adopted for higher installation adaptability. An optional infrared full-ice automatic stop device can automatically shut down the machine when the ice bin is full, realizing power saving and unattended intelligent operation.
In terms of ice outlet structure, the screw adopts an encrypted small-pitch design with a smaller spacing than ordinary models for better ice breaking effect. It can effectively break caked ice during operation, ensuring uniform, loose and non-sticky ice particles as well as stable and smooth ice output, greatly improving ice quality and user experience.
