Custom 5T Flake Ice Machine for Tajikistan Client Is Under Production
The custom-built 5T flake ice machine for our Tajikistan client is currently in full production. This unit is equipped with high-end branded core components to guarantee stable and efficient operation. It adopts a Danfoss compressor for the refrigeration system with practical air-cooled heat dissipation, matched with Taiwanese Gongji reducers and motors, as well as Japanese NSK ice blade bearings. All premium accessories effectively support long-term, trouble-free operation of the equipment.
The ice machine is fitted with a Korean LS brand control cabinet, which integrates comprehensive protection functions including compressor protection, full ice protection, low water level protection, phase sequence protection, motor protection, and high and low pressure protection. It can timely avoid operational faults, prevent equipment damage, and greatly extend the service life of the machine.
We are strictly manufacturing the equipment in full compliance with the customer’s technical requirements. This project further demonstrates our strong capability in high-quality overseas equipment supply. After production and inspection are completed, the machine will be delivered via professional logistics. It will effectively improve ice-making efficiency for local food processing and aquatic product preservation in Tajikistan, and lay a solid foundation for further in-depth international cooperation.
