2T Cube Ice Machine Trial Run Successfully Completed
Recently, our company's 2T cube ice machine successfully completed its trial run. All operational parameters met standards, validating the equipment's stability and reliability, and laying the foundation for subsequent mass production and market deployment.
The core configuration of this equipment offers distinct advantages. It features a nickel-plated copper ice-making structure with a double-layer nickel coating on the ice mold surface, paired with 12mm-thick ice plates. This design provides superior corrosion resistance, durability, and hygiene compared to the single-layer nickel coating commonly found in the industry.
The unit incorporates a spiral ice storage and delivery system capable of holding ice for up to 2 hours with semi-automatic packaging. Equipped with a German Siemens PLC control system, it achieves full automation for water intake, ice production, and ice release. Electrical components from French Schneider ensure enhanced operational stability.
