30-Ton Custom Direct-Cooled Block Ice Machine for Iraqi Client: Ready for Shipment
Production of the custom-engineered 30-ton direct-cooled block ice machine, tailored for our Iraqi client, is now in full swing. The machine is designed to deliver outstanding efficiency and stability through its optimized core configurations.
The aluminum alloy evaporator is the cornerstone of the machine’s performance. Boasting superior thermal conductivity, it enables direct refrigerant heat exchange, eliminating intermediate energy losses. This design not only speeds up the cooling process but also yields dense, melt-resistant ice blocks. For enhanced structural reliability and seamless operation, the entire unit adopts a bolted assembly (no welding), which prevents aluminum plate deformation and eradicates ice release jams.
Precision is further ensured by the equipment’s lead screw lifting mechanism. It controls the vertical movement of ice molds with millimeter-level accuracy, distributes force evenly to prevent tilting, and unlike hydraulic or chain drives, avoids oil leaks and jamming issues. This reduces the frequency of routine part replacements and simplifies maintenance procedures.
To meet the high demand of 30-ton daily ice production capacity, the machine is fitted with a high-strength ball screw that boosts load-bearing capacity. It operates stably without vibration, ensuring long-term reliable performance while maintaining consistent ice block formation—laying a solid foundation for fulfilling the Iraqi client’s large-scale ice-making requirements.
