5 Ton Flake Ice Machine Evaporator for Vietnam Finished Production
Recently, the customized evaporator for 5-ton flake ice machine ordered by our Vietnamese client has finished all manufacturing procedures and strict factory inspections at Robin Ice Machinery, ready for shipment to Vietnam. As the core refrigeration component of flake ice machines, this evaporator is tailored to fit Vietnam’s hot and humid tropical climate for long-term continuous stable ice production.
The premium and reliable ice scraping assembly is equipped with Japan NSK bearings, matched with Taiwan Gongji motor and reducer. These well-established brands are widely recognized in the refrigeration industry, delivering smooth operation and extended service life for the ice harvesting system.
The evaporator drum features a 10mm thick plate with 0.08mm chromium plating. The chromium layer adheres firmly without peeling easily, offering excellent wear and corrosion resistance. The whole evaporator undergoes professional annealing treatment to eliminate internal welding stress thoroughly, preventing drum deformation after repeated heating and cooling cycles.
Two rounds of rigorous nitrogen pressure air tightness tests are conducted before delivery: the unit is pressurized with 25kg nitrogen and kept under pressure for 48 hours, which effectively prevents refrigerant leakage and maintains consistent refrigeration performance.
The completion of this evaporator marks another milestone of our business expansion in Vietnam and Southeast Asia.
