Custom 5-Ton Direct Cooling Block Ice Machine Completed for Mexico
The Mexican customer has placed an order with us for a 5-ton per day direct cooling block ice machine fitted with 10kg ice molds. The unit is equipped with enough molds to support up to 6 freezing cycles daily, delivering steady and sufficient daily ice output to satisfy the customer’s production needs.
This block ice machine is constructed from aviation-grade aluminum, featuring superior performance, ample material thickness and robust structural rigidity. The partition plate measures 12mm in thickness, while the freezing plate is 28mm thick. Such solid thickness prevents mold deformation during long hours of continuous running. Dovetail grooves are designed on the base of the evaporator, which efficiently retains water and greatly boosts ice forming efficiency.
The ice molds are assembled via exclusive splicing technology with no welding seams. This design guarantees sleek ice surfaces and enables effortless, stable ice release during demolding.
