Tailored to Angola’s high-temperature working environment, this unit delivers stable operation and strong durability. It will supply consistent flake ice for local seafood processing, food preservation and cold chain logistics after shipment.
This custom 8-ton fresh water flake ice machine is equipped with a high-quality Refcomp compressor as its core refrigeration component. The unit’s core parameters are customized to match the client’s on-site power and operating conditions, guaranteeing reliable continuous ice production under hot ambient temperatures. Its evaporator tank adopts annealing treatment to eliminate welding stress, prevent deformation and extend service life, fully meeting long-term continuous operation requirements in Angola.
Key refrigeration parts adopt washable Danfoss expansion valves. The valves can be disassembled, cleaned and reused if clogged. Compared with ordinary expansion valves, they provide higher reliability and better long-term economy, effectively cutting future maintenance work and improving equipment uptime.
The whole ice-making system runs automatically with PLC touchscreen control. During the factory test, ice output, ice thickness and running current all meet the design targets. Dry and uniform flake ice is produced smoothly. Our technical team has completed full inspection and debugging, and the machine is ready for packing and delivery.
