This custom 2-ton tube ice machine adopts a high-performance Refcomp compressor as its core component to guarantee steady and robust operation. It is designed for a 380V 50Hz power supply and fitted with a water-cooled cooling system, enabling long-lasting, energy-saving continuous ice production that fully meets the customer’s on-site power environment and daily ice-making needs.
The evaporator is constructed from 1.5mm thick SS304 seamless stainless steel tubing. It offers outstanding crack resistance, anti-clogging and anti-corrosion properties. Meeting international food-grade standards, the machine produces clean, sanitary tube ice suitable for diverse commercial and food processing applications. It is equipped with a PLC intelligent control system built-in with multiple safety protections, including overvoltage/undervoltage protection, current monitoring, compressor low oil alarm, high and low pressure protection, and water shortage alert, to secure all-round safe and stable running.
