Custom 5-ton Square Ice Machine for Guyana Client Completed
Recently, our company has completed production of the 5-ton cube ice machine for our Guyanese client. The equipment configuration precisely meets local requirements: utilizing Bitzer compressors with water-cooling technology, adapted to local voltage and frequency standards; equipped with a German Siemens PLC control system for fully automated water replenishment, ice production, and ice discharge; integrated with French Schneider Electric components for user-friendly operation and stable performance.
This equipment boasts outstanding advantages: the nickel-plated copper ice maker undergoes double-layer nickel plating and is paired with 12mm thick ice tray plates for corrosion resistance. Components including the frame and base utilize food-grade SUS304 material, ensuring hygienic ice production.
The successful delivery of this equipment will provide efficient and reliable ice-making support for our Guyanese client, aiding their business operations.
