Custom 10-Ton Tube Ice Machine for Spanish Client Ships Out
Recently, our company completed production and debugging of a custom 10-ton tube ice machine for a Spanish client, which is now ready for shipment. This tube ice machine offers flexible configurations—available as either an integrated unit (simple installation) or a split system—featuring larger evaporator tanks for enhanced stability. It meets diverse ice demand scenarios such as food processing and supermarket cold chain operations.
For quality assurance, critical components utilize globally renowned brands, facilitating local replacement part sourcing and reducing maintenance costs. The ice blade bearings are imported from Germany and paired with 304 stainless steel, ensuring smooth operation, uniform ice blocks, and minimal ice shattering.
The equipment also features optimized smart control and safety enhancements: Utilizing a German Siemens PLC + touchscreen interface, it supports automatic water replenishment, ice production, and ice discharge, with preset on/off scheduling. Equipped with Chinese, English, and Spanish interfaces, additional languages can be customized. Built-in multi-level protections for compressors, phase sequence, and high/low pressure prevent damage from malfunctions and extend service life.
