Recently, our 3t tube ice machine has officially completed production. The equipment features outstanding core configurations and performance advantages, providing an efficient solution for the ice-making industry. Equipped with a Bitzer compressor and utilizing a fully liquid supply system for refrigerant delivery, it ensures uniform ice formation in the ice bucket while balancing high ice-making efficiency, output, and energy efficiency. The integrated electromagnetic level gauge provides a clear visual indication of refrigerant levels within the evaporator, facilitating timely replenishment during testing.
For intelligent control, the 3t tube ice machine utilizes either Siemens PLC or Korea's LS (both globally leading brands) to ensure stable operation. The touchscreen interface is housed in a separate control cabinet, allowing flexible placement for operator convenience and reduced operational complexity.
As a critical component, the evaporator utilizes 1.5mm thick annealed SS 304 seamless steel tubing. This construction offers crack resistance, freeze resistance, and corrosion resistance while meeting food-grade hygiene standards. It produces clean, sanitary ice cubes suitable for diverse industrial applications.
