Iraqi Client's 30T Direct-Cooled Block Ice Machine Accelerates Production
Recently, our custom-built 30-ton direct-cooled block ice machine for an Iraqi client has entered production. Its core configuration prioritizes efficiency and stability: the evaporator utilizes aluminum alloy for superior thermal conductivity, enabling direct refrigerant heat exchange that eliminates intermediate losses. This ensures rapid cooling, producing dense ice blocks that resist melting. Additionally, the unit relies entirely on bolted assembly without welding, preventing aluminum plate deformation and ensuring smooth ice release without jamming.
The equipment's lead screw lifting mechanism delivers high precision, with ice mold vertical movement accuracy within millimeters and uniform force distribution preventing tilting. Unlike hydraulic or chain drives, it avoids oil leaks and jamming, requiring minimal routine part replacement and simplifying maintenance.
For the demanding 30-ton ice production capacity, the ball screw offers enhanced load-bearing strength and stable operation without vibration. This ensures long-term reliable performance while delivering consistent ice block formation.
