Peruvian Client Visits Our New Factory
Recently, our long-term customer from Peru visited Jinan Lebing Machinery’s new factory located in Shanghe Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park. The client previously purchased our 20-ton direct-cool block ice machine.We showed them our production workshops, CNC equipment and test lab, and introduced our full range of ice machines, cold storage and supporting ice handling systems.
Both sides had in-depth communications. We reviewed the actual operating conditions of their delivered 20-ton direct-cool block ice machine, talked about after-sales support and regular spare parts supply plans. We also discussed customized integrated ice plant solutions specially adapted to Peru’s local climate, power conditions and on-site installation requirements.
The customer spoke highly of our manufacturing capability, rigorous quality control system and reliable performance of our ice equipment. They are very satisfied with the products and services we have provided so far. Meanwhile, the customer shared their future cold chain development plans and expressed strong interest in exploring more ice-making projects with us, hoping to carry out long-term and continuous cooperation.
