Production of 3T Flake Ice Machine Evaporator for Cape Verde Customer Completed
Recently, the 3T flake ice machine evaporator customized for the Cape Verde customer has been successfully produced. Focusing on the demand for ice-making in the cold chain, this equipment will provide refrigeration support for overseas customers and help them develop their cold chain business. This flake ice machine has remarkable advantages. It can produce ice quickly in 1 minute and continuously, meeting the real-time ice supply demand. The internal ice-scraping design is combined with a rolling spiral ice scraper. The evaporator is stationary, and the ice scraper precisely scrapes ice on the inner wall, reducing wear and consumption, operating with low noise, and producing ice uniformly and stably. Stainless steel key components are used, and the evaporation barrel undergoes an annealing process to eliminate internal stress. For models of 10 tons and above, the evaporator has a thickness of 12mm and is optimized by grinding. The hardware and technology ensure the long-term durability of the equipment. This evaporator is about to be shipped to Cape Verde.
