Production of the 2T flake ice machine evaporator for the Australian client has been completed
Recently, Robin Ice Machinery has made phased progress on the 2T flake ice machine customization order for an Australian client, with the core component – the evaporator – having completed production and passed inspections. This order will further expand the company's layout in the Oceania market, and its customized design can accurately meet the ice needs of local scenarios such as aquatic product preservation and food processing.
This evaporator stands out for its outstanding quality and reliability: its core components are all well-known brand products, including Taiwan Kung Chi reducers and motors, and Japanese NSK ice knife bearings, which ensure stable operation from the source; during manufacturing, an annealing process is used to eliminate the welding stress of the evaporation barrel, preventing deformation; additionally, it has undergone a dual inspection process of "25kg nitrogen pressure holding for 48 hours (for the single evaporator) + 15kg nitrogen pressure holding for 48 hours (for the complete machine)", completely eliminating the risk of pipeline leakage.
Relying on this high-quality evaporator, the flake ice produced by the equipment boasts significant advantages: its thickness can be flexibly adjusted between 1.6~2.3mm (a frequency converter is required for thickness exceeding 2.0mm), making it suitable for diverse needs; the flake ice is dry and smooth with low moisture content, and not easy to clump; its edges are smooth and free of sharp corners, which will not damage refrigerated goods, combining both practicality and safety.
