Successful Factory Test & Customization of 5-Ton Cube Ice Machine for Saudi Arabian Client
We have successfully finished factory testing and customized production of the 5-ton cube ice machine for our Saudi Arabian client. Optimized for Saudi Arabia’s high-temperature climate and local power standards, the equipment runs stably after strict commissioning and is ready for shipment.
This custom ice machine is fitted with a genuine German Bitzer compressor and water-cooling system. It fully adapts to Saudi Arabia’s local 380V 60Hz three-phase voltage, ensuring stable and continuous ice production even in high-temperature environments, avoiding the low efficiency and unstable operation of ordinary ice machines.
Equipped with a German Siemens PLC control system and French Schneider electric components, the machine supports full automatic operation including water replenishment, ice making and ice discharging. It features simple operation, sensitive response and ultra-low failure rate, suitable for long-time continuous commercial use.
Built for long-term commercial and hygienic use, the ice machine adopts premium and durable configurations. The core ice maker applies double-layer nickel plating with 12mm thickened ice trays for excellent corrosion resistance. The whole frame and base adopt food-grade SUS304 stainless steel, ensuring clean, safe and pollution-free ice production.
