Recently, the 2-ton cube ice machine custom-built by our company for a South African client has been successfully manufactured, tested, and shipped, marking a solid step forward in our partnership.
Equipped with a Siemens PLC control system from Germany and Schneider Electric components, the machine achieves fully automated operation for water replenishment, ice production, and ice discharge, ensuring convenient, stable, and reliable operation. The touchscreen supports a multilingual interface and is equipped with multiple safety features, including compressor protection and high/low-pressure protection, effectively extending the equipment’s service life.
In terms of ice-making performance, the nickel-plated copper ice maker utilizes a double-layer nickel-plating process, with ice plate thickness reaching 12mm, ensuring corrosion resistance, durability, and hygiene; The equipment delivers high-efficiency ice production with lower energy consumption, using only 75–85 kWh per ton of ice, fully meeting the production needs of our South African customers.
