The core tubing is made from 1.5mm thick annealed SS 304 seamless steel tubes, which undergo special processing to eliminate common issues such as cracking and ice buildup during use. This material also offers exceptional corrosion resistance, enabling long-term stable operation in various environmental conditions.Additionally, the high-quality SS 304 seamless steel tubes ensure that ice production remains uncontaminated, guaranteeing clean and hygienic ice that fully complies with food-grade safety standards. Furthermore, the internal chambers and upper/lower water tanks of the evaporator are encased in stainless steel 304 outer panels, further enhancing the equipment's overall durability and hygiene standards while balancing longevity and operational safety.
