Two 2-ton flake ice machines dispatched to the United States
Recently, two 2-ton flake ice machines custom-built for an American client have completed testing and commissioning, formally entering the shipping process. These units feature domestically produced Invotech compressors, with electrical circuits adapted to the US standard of three-phase 220V 60Hz power supply. Utilising air-cooling technology to reduce maintenance and cleaning complexity, they are fully tailored to local operational requirements.
Regarding critical component selection, the equipment maintains stringent quality standards. It incorporates gearboxes and motors from Taiwan's Gongji, paired with ice blade bearings from Japan's NSK. This combination of components from three renowned brands ensures operational stability and durability from the outset, effectively extending the equipment's service life.
High-efficiency ice production stands as a core competitive advantage of this batch of equipment, delivering the dual benefits of ‘rapid ice output within one minute + continuous ice generation’. The equipment employs internal ice-scraping technology, where the evaporator remains stationary while the ice blade precisely scrapes ice along the inner walls. This is achieved through meticulous installation techniques that minimise component wear.
Moving forward, the company will continue to deepen its expertise in refrigeration equipment, expanding into international markets with superior products and services to provide professional ice-making solutions for global customers.
