Recently, a 15-ton flake ice machine, custom-designed for an Angolan client, successfully completed production and testing and was officially shipped. Tailored to Angola's local working conditions, the equipment offers stable performance and durability, and will provide efficient and reliable ice-making support for the local food preservation, seafood processing, and cold-chain logistics industries.
The 15-ton custom flake ice machine shipped this time features high-standard configurations, with core parameters customized to the Angolan client's operating requirements to ensure stable long-term performance in high-temperature environments. Its evaporator tank undergoes an annealing process, which effectively eliminates welding stress, prevents equipment deformation, and significantly improves the equipment's service life and operational stability, meeting local long-term usage requirements.
The equipment's core components use washable Danfoss or Emerson expansion valves. These valves can be cleaned and reused after clogging, offering greater reliability and economy than ordinary valves — although each valve costs US$100 more, in the long run it effectively reduces maintenance costs and increases equipment utilization.
The equipment has now been officially shipped, and we will continue to monitor logistics and the subsequent installation and commissioning.
