Customized 2-Ton Tube Ice Machine in Full Production for Cameroon Client
Our company has started full production of a customized 2-ton tube ice machine for a client in Cameroon. Optimized to fit local power conditions and actual production needs, the equipment will be manufactured and delivered on schedule with reliable performance.
This 2-ton custom tube ice machine is equipped with a high-performance Refcomp compressor as the core component, delivering stable and powerful operation. It is adapted to 380V 50Hz power supply and adopts water-cooled heat dissipation design, supporting long-term stable and energy-saving continuous operation, which perfectly fits the client’s on-site power conditions and daily ice-making demands.
The evaporator is made of 1.5mm thick SS304 seamless stainless steel pipe. It features strong crack resistance, anti-clogging and anti-corrosion performance. Compliant with international food-grade standards, the machine ensures clean and hygienic ice output for various commercial and food-related scenarios. Additionally, it incorporates a PLC intelligent control system with integrated multi-protection functions including overvoltage/undervoltage, current monitoring, compressor oil deficiency, high/low pressure, and water shortage alerts, ensuring comprehensive safety and stable operation.
