2.5T Flake Ice Evaporator Commissioned Successfully in Malaysia
Our custom 2.5-ton flake ice machine evaporator for the Malaysian client has been successfully commissioned after delivery. It is fitted with a high-quality and dependable ice scraping assembly, equipped with Japan NSK bearings, together with Taiwan Gongji motor and reducer. These well-recognized refrigeration components ensure the ice harvesting system runs smoothly and delivers a longer service life.
The evaporator drum is made of 8mm thick plate with a 0.08mm chromium plating layer. The chrome coating has strong adhesion and resists peeling, offering outstanding wear and corrosion resistance. The whole evaporator goes through professional annealing treatment to fully release internal welding stress and prevent drum deformation under repeated heating and cooling cycles.
Two stringent nitrogen pressure tightness tests were carried out before shipment: the unit was pressurized to 25kg nitrogen and held under pressure for 48 hours, which effectively avoids refrigerant leakage and guarantees stable refrigeration performance.
This successful project marks another milestone as we expand our footprint in Malaysia and the wider Southeast Asia.
