5 Ton & 2 Ton Flake Ice Machines for Costa Rica Project Finished Trial Run
We are pleased to inform you that the customized 5-ton and 2-ton flake ice machines for your Costa Rica project have been successfully completed and passed the full factory trial run today.
These customized units are professionally tailored to fit Costa Rica’s local power standard: 3-phase 220V 60Hz. They are equipped with high-end Bitzer compressors for the refrigeration system, featuring stable cooling performance and strong adaptability to local grid conditions, with practical air-cooled heat dissipation design. The machines are fitted with Taiwan Gongji reducers and motors, as well as Japanese NSK ice blade bearings, effectively guaranteeing continuous, high-efficiency and stable ice production with low failure rates.
In addition, we adopt Korean LS brand control cabinets for this equipment. Each cabinet integrates multiple safety protection functions, including compressor overload protection, full ice protection, low water level protection, phase sequence protection, motor protection, and high & low pressure protection. These comprehensive protections can effectively avoid operational failures, prevent equipment damage, and greatly extend the service life of the flake ice machines.
