Four Sets of 3T Seawater Flake Ice Machines for Ecuadorian Customer Complete Factory Acceptance
Recently, four sets of bespoke 3T seawater flake ice machines customized by our company for an Ecuadorian customer have completed all factory acceptance tests.
This batch of 3T seawater flake ice machines features exceptional voltage adaptability, flexibly accommodating diverse power requirements across multiple scenarios. Operating under 3P/220V/60Hz conditions, the equipment offers diverse compressor configuration options. Customers may select the high-performance German Bitzer compressor for ultimate operational efficiency and stability, or opt for the cost-effective Italian Refcomp or American Copeland compressors, balancing cost control with operational requirements to fully accommodate individual client preferences.
The evaporator is made of 316 stainless steel with strong corrosion resistance, which can effectively resist salt erosion and is specially suitable for seawater ice-making conditions.
The core control system employs a South Korean LS brand PLC controller, integrated with a digital display interface and multiple status indicator lights. This enables real-time, precise monitoring of critical operational parameters including compressor overload, ice accumulation, motor overload, and high/low pressure faults. Furthermore, the unit incorporates built-in phase sequence protection, seamlessly integrating automated control with comprehensive safety safeguards. This not only mitigates operational risks and prevents component damage at the earliest opportunity but also effectively extends the equipment's service life, delivering a highly efficient, stable, and secure refrigeration solution for customers.
