This model comes with top-tier core configurations. It adopts a Bitzer compressor together with a full liquid refrigerant supply system to achieve even ice formation, with well-balanced ice yield and energy efficiency. An electromagnetic level gauge is equipped to show the refrigerant level in the evaporator for convenient refilling during tests.
In terms of intelligent control, Siemens PLC or Korean LS control system are available as options for stable operation. The touchscreen is placed in a standalone control cabinet, supporting flexible placement and simple operation.
Its evaporator is constructed from 1.5mm annealed SS304 seamless tubing. It is crack-proof, freeze-resistant and corrosion-resistant, meeting food hygiene standards. The finished tube ice will be clean and safe for multiple industrial uses.
