Production of 2-tonne seawater flake ice machine for US client successfully completed
Recently, the company's customised 2-tonne seawater flake ice machine for an American client has completed production and testing, and is ready for delivery. Designed for seawater environments, its successful manufacture demonstrates the company's technical capabilities while laying the groundwork for expanding overseas markets and deepening Sino-American client partnerships.
Constructed entirely from highly corrosion-resistant SS316 stainless steel, all seawater-contact components—including the evaporator, ice blades, and water distribution tray—are fabricated from this material, effectively preventing equipment rusting.
Thanks to the SS316 construction, the unit withstands harsh operating conditions such as vessel rolling, boasting a service life of up to 12 years. This reduces maintenance frequency and costs while ensuring stable ice production during deep-sea fishing operations.
