Visiting Robin Ice Machine Factory, Focusing on the 5T Flake Ice Machine
Today we visited the Robin Ice Machine factory, with a special focus on their 5T flake ice machine. A great opportunity to see the production process, quality control, and technical details up close.

The 5-tons flake ice machine is one of Robin’s core industrial products. It produces about 5 tons (≈5000 kg) of flake ice per 24 hours — typically used in fish markets, processing plants, food refrigeration, chemical cooling, construction, and other commercial applications.
Key Features You’ll See in the Factory:
Air- or water-cooled models available depending on site utilities and installation preferences.
Stainless steel evaporators and ice-making components for corrosion resistance and long service life.
PLC automatic control systems with touchscreen panels that simplify operation.
Compressor options from global brands like Bitzer, Copeland, or Danfoss to ensure stable ice production.
Designed for harsh/industrial environments, including boats or outdoor installations.
A 5-ton flake ice unit has been custom built and successfully exported to international customers, showing the factory’s capability for tailored production.
