Completion of test run for the 3T tube ice machine ordered by Malta customer
The customized 3T solid tube ice machine for your Malta project has successfully passed the test run. It is equipped with a Bitzer compressor, water-cooled system, and produces 22 mm tube ice. Our tube ice machine adopts a liquid immersion refrigerant supply system to distribute refrigerant efficiently with low energy consumption.
The evaporator uses 304 stainless steel seamless annealed tube with a wall thickness of 1.5 mm. This material is not easy to crack or frost up, and features excellent corrosion resistance. Therefore, the ice produced is clean and hygienic. The inner liner of the evaporator and the outer plates of the upper and lower ice storage bins are also made of 304 stainless steel.
The machine is fitted with a Korean LS brand PLC controller. The touch control panel is installed in a separate electrical box, separated from the main unit for easier operation. It comes with an automatic cleaning function to clean the ice-making pipes inside the evaporator. In addition, it is equipped with a full set of comprehensive protections: overvoltage / undervoltage protection, overcurrent protection, compressor oil shortage protection, compressor high and low pressure protection, and water shortage protection. In case of abnormal operation, the system will automatically trigger an alarm and stop the machine to protect the whole unit.
