Iraqi Client’s 30T Direct-Cooled Block Ice Machine Ramps Up Production
Production of the custom-engineered 30-ton direct-cooled block ice machine for our Iraqi client is now in full swing, with a focus on delivering efficiency and stability through its core configurations.
Key to the machine’s performance is its aluminum alloy evaporator—boasting excellent thermal conductivity, it enables direct refrigerant heat exchange to cut out intermediate energy losses. This design not only accelerates cooling but also produces dense, melt-resistant ice blocks. To ensure structural reliability and smooth operation, the entire unit adopts bolted assembly (no welding), which prevents aluminum plate deformation and eliminates ice release jams.
Precision is further guaranteed by the equipment’s lead screw lifting mechanism: it controls the vertical movement of ice molds with millimeter-level accuracy, distributes force evenly to avoid tilting, and—unlike hydraulic or chain drives—avoids oil leaks and jamming. This reduces the need for routine part replacements and simplifies maintenance.
Addressing the high demand of 30-ton ice production capacity, the machine is equipped with a ball screw that enhances load-bearing strength. It operates stably without vibration, ensuring long-term reliable performance while maintaining consistent ice block formation—laying a solid foundation for meeting the Iraqi client’s large-scale ice-making needs.
